Annual Dues
Annual FEPOA dues are currently set at $250 for 2022 and are payable by April 1st of each year.

Administration Transfer Fee and Status Letter Fee
FEPOA fees include a $500 Transfer Fee upon sale of a property and a $100 Status Letter Fee. Payable to FEPOA at closing, please make checks payable to: Fairway Estates Property Owners Association

Police Matters
Below are links to information from the Fort Collins Police Department (FCPD) regarding the handling of incidents within Fairway Estates. It is important that people let the FCPD do their job and don’t take police work into their own hands like confronting people, tracking people and picking up homeless camps, materials etc. Fairway Estates residents MUST use this information and not take matters into their own hands. We need to use these reporting approaches so the FCPD can account all FE occurrences and increase FE support if needed.
